In this week's episode Liam & Ben seek to answer:
What's the weirdest thing that ever happened to you in a supermarket?
If you could only watch 1 movie forever, what would it be?
If you could only use 1 emoji forever, what would it be?
SHOW NOTES
Winnie the Pooh: Blood and Honey is a 2023 independent British horror film based on the beloved childhood character. According to audience reviews the film is either excellent or terrible, which is quite the margin of error.
Lifted from IMDb:
“The days of adventures and merriment have come to an end, as Christopher Robin, now a young man, has left Winnie-The-Pooh and Piglet to fend for themselves. As time passes, feeling angry and abandoned, the two become feral. After getting a taste for blood, Winnie-The-Pooh and Piglet set off to find a new source of food. It's not long before their bloody rampage begins”
In lighter news. Here’s a book Liam likes. We all know Liam loves The Lord Of The Rings trilogy, and we all know he’s a music boy, so naturally his favourite book is The Music of the Lord of the Rings Films: A Comprehensive Account of Howard Shore’s Scores.
HOW TO SUPPORT THE SHOW
Our plan is that this show will always be available for free, but super fans are encouraged to support The Conversation Hat via Patreon. We ask listeners to consider how much they pay for services like Netflix, Amazon Prime, etc, and apply the same logic to our show - do you feel our show is worth $1 a month? $5? $50? Whatever you think is right! We’re giving all our patrons an exclusive extra question from each episode and early access to each show. Check it out over on Patreon.
Did you know we have merch? Check out the Conversation Hat Merch Store on TeePublic! We have shirts, hoodies, mugs and much more besides.
If you'd like to support the show without spending any money, (which is fine, I guess), there are a few ways you can do that:
Follow us on Twitter where we post new episode info, inside gossip and poorly thought-through jokes. Bonus points for retweeting our most recent episode links;
Like us on Facebook and hit as many thumbs-up icons as you possibly can;
Subscribe to our YouTube channel to see sketches and video episode, and leave some nice comments too;
Join us for our livestreams on Twitch;
Leave us a positive review on whatever listening platform you use is also very helpful, especially on Apple Podcasts or Podchaser.
Finally, tell a friend about the show. Ideally someone who’d enjoy it. Word of mouth is still super powerful.
