How does one get dolphin safe I hear you ask?

My first response would be why, what has a dolphin done to you, are you ok and do you need help? You certainly look like you need help because of all the blood.

The second question I’d ask is, is this about the tinned fish thing?

If it is, the NOAA Fisheries states it’s intended to show compliance with U.S. laws and regulations of tuna fishing operations.

In that case, surely The Conversation Hat podcast is indeed dolphin safe as by not tuna fishing, so we do comply with laws and regulations.

Ha!

Certify us you cowards.

On a serious note, I do hope dolphins feel safe with us. We’re good listeners and although we don’t love water, we would happily hang out near some to keep a dolphin company.

Although, there’s also this Forbes article that says dolphin-safe labels are a FRAUD!

This is more complicated than we thought.
